Our Story

Built To Close The Gap For GCC Sellers

NeXera Innovations started in October 2023 with one observation: ambitious sellers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar had the drive, but not the systems. Store builds, product research and paid traffic were treated as separate problems, so most people stalled somewhere between the idea and the first order.

So we built the missing half of the business. Mentorship on one side, real operational support on the other, so a founder can take a store from an idea to daily orders without carrying the entire backend alone. More than 1,000 students later, the model has not changed: teach the system, then remove every excuse not to run it.

Before NeXera, Usmani spent years operating stores in the UAE and Saudi markets, learning every pain point firsthand - from supplier negotiations and warehouse logistics to cash-on-delivery returns and ad-spend optimisation. Do I need experience to join?

No. Our Executive Mentorship and NeXera School programmes are designed for complete beginners. You will learn everything step by step, from product research to launching your store.

What is included in the Executive Mentorship?

You get a done-with-you Shopify store, 1-on-1 mentorship with experienced operators, product sourcing, supplier connections, store optimisation, and launch support, plus ongoing access to the NeXera community.

How is NeXera School different from the Executive Mentorship?

NeXera School is a structured 30-day learning programme focused on Shopify fundamentals. The Executive Mentorship is a premium, hands-on programme with direct 1-on-1 guidance and a done-with-you store build.

Do you offer fulfilment services?

Yes. NeXera provides end-to-end warehousing, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. This is available to all NeXera students and external e-commerce businesses.
